    The skies have been sunny and mostly clear these early April mornings on the southern end of Vancouver Island. Winter’s sharpness still stings my nose, but as afternoons warm, that crispness fades. The season is clearly changing. Rain and cooler temperatures remain, but there is reason to be cheerful. A strong breeze continues through Victoria Harbour, carrying the cold that soon dissipates. As the chill leaves, more visitors arrive to see if the Island lives up to its reputation.
